These transformers (power distribution transformer,power transformer,Distribution Transformers) are oil cooled type. Optimum efficiency is ensured by restricting the core and winding losses.

Vector Group

Transformers will be connected as per vector group reference Dyn11. Other vector groups can be offered as per specific requirements

Terminal Arrangement
Both the HV & LV can be provided with bare bushings and can be provided with cable box with extended bus bar to handle the multiple cables. Disconnecting chambers can be provided with HV & LV cable Boxes.

Temperature Rise
Reliable's equipment is designed for a maximum temperature rise of 50ºC of oil above the ambient temperature of 50ºC.

Even after the installation of standard distribution transformer with OLTC the problem of low / high voltage above the rated voltage persist on the LT side due to the limited/typical operation of the OLTC.

The fluctuating voltage from Grid is initially controlled by the H.T. AUTOMATIC VOLTAGE STABILIZER and then fed to the DISTRIBUTION TRANSFORMER, resulting in the constant H.T. Output within ± 1% accuracy and the biggest advantage being its robust design ; Lesser losses & more efficiency make the distribution transformer to utilize up to 100% of it’s capacity. RELIABLE’S make transformer with built in Automatic Voltage Regulator is a unique product. The incoming supply from the ‘GRID’ sometimes fluctuates widely and after the installation of standard distribution transformer the customer faces low/high voltage problem on the L.T. side affecting the rated voltage of the machines and thereby damages motor & other sophisticated equipments.

The standard off-circuit tapping of the transformer can correct the voltage while in ‘on load’ condition. RELIABLE’S has developed transformer with built in H.T. AUTOMATIC VOLTAGE REGULATOR and operate on load sleeplessly and can also be installed either Indoor or Outdoor.

The equipment are basically combination of standard Distribution Transformer and H.T. Automatic The incoming fluctuating H.T. supply IS initially stabilized then fed to Transformer and thereby the L.T. output is maintained within ± 1% accuracy. The design is robust and needs no regular maintenance.
