Reliable’s make Oil Cooled Transformer, Voltage ratio 11, 22,33,KV, 3 Ph, 50 C/S A.C. at No Load suitable for Indoor installation, core type, double Copper wound, Oil Immersed, naturally self cooled type. The winding will be connected in Delta/Star as per vector group ref Dyn11. The Transformer will be designed and manufactured generally conforming to IS: 2026/77, IS: 11171/85. The Tapping of +10 to -10% in steps of 1.25% will be provided on Primary side by means of an On Load Tap Changer. The temp. rise of oil will not exceed 50 Degree Centigrade by thermometer method and that of windings 55 Degree Centigrade by resistance method over an ambient temp. of 50 Degree Centigrade. The class of insulation will be ‘A’. Transformer will be supplied with first filling of oil as per IS-335 and with all standard fittings. The transformer will be painted with Siemens Grey shade paint.

With the installation of the stabilizer and maintaining 390/400 volts, the motor will operate smoothly drawing 15 - 20% lesser current and correspondingly the relay setting can be reduced by 15 - 20%. In case single phasing occurs, the relay will trip in 40 - 50 seconds. The motors can withstand the high current for this period and will be safe. Also, the relays, contactors, switchgears, etc. incorporated with the motor will be safe. L.T. AVR being easy to handle are installed in all the running units, units having L.T. connections, units having small H.T. connections. These can be manufactured for Balance Input Voltage and Unbalanced load or Unbalanced Voltage and unbalanced load

H.T. Automatic Voltage Stabilizers | H.T AVR are used to get stabilized H.T. input voltage, irrespective of the voltage variations received from electricity supply authorities. Additionally, these stabilizers also prevent the transformer and other electrical equipment from getting overloaded. Wide voltage variation ranges are taken care continuously and in on load condition. The variations of more than ± 1% of the rated output voltage are sensed through solid state relay. This relay operates on 230 V, 110Ø supply and sends signals to the stabilizer’s motor, which drives the roller mechanism in lower and higher direction to bring voltage to the rated output voltage within +- 1%. The Accuracy of +-1% may vary depending on the specific requirement of customer.
H.T. Automatic Servo Voltage Stabilizers have helical coils mounted on a conventional laminated core. Carbon rollers are assembled on a fibre glass carrier board and are traverse to the length of the coil track. The rollers are connected to the electric output terminals. Nearby the regulating coil, a number of compensating winding is connected in parallel, which are short circuited to reduce the effect of core-flux fringing. It also keeps the reactance of the regulator constant at any position of the rolling contact.
